Try the following steps:
Make sure you are checking the correct email inbox – we send password reset links to the email address you shared with us when you booked on to an Information Session.
Check your spam/junk folder.
Try requesting a reset password link one more time.
If that doesn’t work, you can contact our Tech Support team.
If you have entered your account password incorrectly more than 10 times, your account will be locked for security reasons.
To unlock your account, contact our Tech Support team.
Help me complete an action
Send an email to your Youth Development Lead.
They will get in contact with you and arrange the support you need as soon as possible.
I’ve noticed something isn’t working right
Sometimes websites don’t work in the way they are supposed to.
If something isn't working right e.g. page isn’t loading or a form isn’t working properly, contact our Tech Support team.
Ready to book an Information Session? Follow these steps:
Choose a course that’s right for you on the King’s Trust website.
Click the ‘Book to join Information Session’ button.
Select an Information Session to attend.
Share a few details about yourself.
When you book your first Information Session, we will create a My King’s Trust account for you at the same time. You can log into your account to view and manage your booking at any time.
Try the following steps:

Check your spam/junk folder.
If that doesn’t work, you can contact our Tech Support team.
You can log in to your account at any time to check or cancel your booking.
To do this, please use the email address and password you shared with us while booking the Information Session.

what you can expect from us, so you can let us know if any of our staff, young people or volunteers are behaving in a way that doesn’t feel right.
You will need read and agree to our Young Person Code of Conduct before your first King’s Trust session.

About our courses

Before you choose a course, ask yourself:
Is this course the right fit for me?
Is the course in my location? e.g. Manchester
Am I available at the time the course is running?
Do I have reliable internet access and a desktop or laptop computer?

Youth Development Leads (YDLs) are the people who run our courses.
While learning with us, you will be matched with a Youth Development Lead. They will be:
your main point of contact while you’re with us
deliver or be at the workshops/sessions you attend
offer you one-to-one support where it is needed.

Make sure you check your inbox regularly, so you don’t miss anything. And check your spam/junk folder if you think you’re missing an email.
Add us to your 'safe list'
If King’s Trust emails keep going into your spam/junk folder, you can use the settings in your email account to move our emails into your inbox.
This will add us to your email ‘safe list’ and help you make sure you don’t miss any emails from us.
How to move junk emails to inbox in Microsoft Outlook
On a computer:
Log into your account Outlook account.
Go to the Junk Email folder.
Select an email or multiple emails that you want to move.
Right-click on it, and then select Move > Other folder.
Select Inbox from the list so it will be moved to that folder.
Check the Inbox folder and see if the emails will appear from there.
On a tablet or mobile phone:
Log into your Outlook account.
Go to the Junk Email folder.
Open the email you want to move.
Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen and select Move to folder.
Select Inbox from the list so it will be moved to that folder.
Check the Inbox folder and see if the emails will appear from there.
How to move junk emails to inbox in Gmail
On a computer:
Log into your Gmail account.
Go to the Spam folder.
Select the email you want to move (so the box on the left has a tick in it).
Select ‘Move to’ in the task bar at the top.
Select Primary from the list so it will be moved to that folder.
Check the Primary folder and see if the emails will appear from there.
On a tablet or mobile phone:
Log into your Gmail account.
Go to the Spam folder.
Open the email you want to move.
Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen and select Move to.
Select Primary or Inbox from the list so it will be moved to that folder.
Check the Primary folder and see if the emails will appear from there.
Using Microsoft Teams
Our Information sessions are hosted on Microsoft Teams.
You will receive an email from us the day before your Information Session.
This will include:
a webinar link
instructions on how to join the Information Session.
Downloading the mobile app
If you’re planning to join a Microsoft Teams call on a mobile or tablet device, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app before you can join the session.
Joining a call
Follow the steps below to join a Microsoft Teams call:
Follow the webinar link in the email we send you.
Adjust your video and audio settings if you need to. Once you’re happy, click ‘join now’.
You will then be added to a waiting room - sit tight!
Our team will let you in to the session when it’s ready to start.
Please make sure to join the session on-time so you don’t miss anything.
You won’t be able to use you camera and microphone during the Information Session. However, Microsoft Teams includes other features to help you enjoy and take part in the sessions.
To interact with and get the most out of the session, you can:
raise your hand: if you’ve got a question or would like to contribute to a discussion, you can signal to the meeting organiser that’d you’d like to speak.
switch on live captions: this can help you to follow what someone’s saying.
ask any questions through the session: using the link sent in your reminder email.
